In the name of God Amen I Bethiah W Reeve of the Town of Wallkill in the County of Orange and State of New York being of sound mind and memory (blessed be Almighty God for the same) do make and publish this my last will and Testament as followsI give and bequeath to William A Reeve one hundred dollars
I give and bequeath to Daniel L. Reeve one hundred dollars
I give and bequeath to Abigail R. Hall one hundred dollars
I give and bequeath the remainder of the money to be equally divided between Adaline Reeve, Mary Reeve and Phebe Jane Reeve
I give and bequeath to wearing apparel to be equally divided among my sisters Adeline Reeve, Mary Reeve, Abigail R. Hall, and Phebe Jane Reeve
I give and bequeath my household furniture to Adaline Reeve and Phebe Jane Reeve to be equally divided between them
I do nominate and appoint William A Reeve and Mary Reeve executors of this will.
In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal and publish and decree this to be my last will and testament in presence of the witnesses named below this nineteenth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty nine.

Whereupon I the Surrogate aforesaid upon the proof aforesaid being satisfied of the genuineness and validity of the said will as a will of personal estate do thereupon order that the same be admitted to probate and that Letters testamentary thereon be granted to William A. Reeve executor in said will named he first taking the oath or affirmation required of him by law.
