Transcription
This Indenture Witnesseth that Neville Reeves and Sarah Reeves his wife (formerly Sarah Gibbs widow of John Gibbs deceased) in Consideration of Ten dollars to them paid by the Guardian of the Children and heirs at law of said John Gibbs deceased the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged do hereby Sell Convey release and forever quit claim to the said children and heirs at law aforesaid their heirs and assigns forever the following real Estate in Hancock County and State of Indiana and described as follows towit being all the right title and interest of the said Sarah Reeves as the Widow of the Said John Gibbs deceased in and to the East half of the North East quarter of section thirty four (34) in Township Seventeen (17) North of Range (7) seven east Containing Eighty acres, together with all the privileges and appurtenances to the same belonging. To have and to hold the same to the said children and heirs their heirs and assigns forever.In Witness whereof the said Neville Reeves and Sarah Reeves formerly Sarah Gibbs, his wife have hereunto set their hands and seals this thirteenth day of November 1851.
