This Indenture made the twelfth day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and fifty one Between Hugh T Dille and Eliza Dille his wife of the County of Hancock and State of Indiana of the first part and Benjamin Reeves of the County of Hancock and State of Indiana of the Second part, Witnesseth that the said party of the first part in Consideration of the Sum of Three hundred and fifty dollars to them in hand paid by the said party of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained sold Conveyed and Confirmed and by these presents doth grant bargain sell Convey and Confirm unto the said part of the second part his heirs and assigns forever the following described real Estate lying in the County of Hancock and State of Indiana towit the South West quarter of the South West quarter of Section Thirty-two in Township seventeen north of Range eight east estimated to Contain forty acres be the same more or less. To have and to hold the said premises with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever hereby Covenanting that the title so Conveyed is clear free and unincumbered and further that the said Hugh Dille his heirs executors and administrators will warrant and forever defend the same to the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns against all legal claims whatsoever.In Witness whereof the said Hugh T Dille and Eliza Dille his wife who hereby relinquishes her right of dower to the above described premises have hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year first above written.

Before me Nevill Reeves one of the Justices of the peace within and for said County personally came Hugh T Dille and Eliza his wife and acknowledged the above deed of Conveyance to be their voluntary act and deed for the uses and purposes therein mentioned. And Eliza Dille the wife of the said Hugh T Dille being by me examined privately separate and apart from and without the hearing of her said husband and the full contents and purport of the above deed being fully made Known and explained to her she acknowledged that she executed the same and relinquished her right of dower therein of her own voluntary free will and accord without any coercion or compulsion from her husband. In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twelfth day of May 1851.
