Ordered that James R. Reeves be appointed overseer of that part of the road leading from Paducah to Lovelaceville which lies in the 3rd district, from the cross road leading from Wm. Titsworths to Lovelaceville to the county line at Mr. Husband's, and that he together with all the hands living within two miles on each side of the road keep the same in repair 15 feet wide, clear & Smooth as the law directs ~ and that he cause the ditches along said road to be kept open & clear of all obstructions to the free passage of the water therein.
