Transcript
I Joseph Reeves, of the township of Westhampton, in the county of Burlington, and State of New Jersey, being of sound mind, memory, and understanding, do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner following, that is to sayItem I order my executor hereinafter named, to pay all my just debts and funeral expences, as soon as conveniently can be after my decease.
Item I give bequeath and devise unto my Brother, George F. Reeves of the city of Philadelphia, all my estate, both real and personal whatsoever and wheresoever found.
And Lastly I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said Brother, George F. Reeves, sole executor of this my last will and testament.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the twenty third day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty three (1853)

Samuel Risdon one of the witness to the within will, being duly sworn did depose & say that he saw Joseph Reeves the testator therein named, sign ad seal the same, and heard him publish, pronounce, and declare the within writing, to be his last will and testament; and that at the time of the doing thereof, the said testator was of sound and disposing mind and memory, as far as he knows, and as he verily believes; and that Joseph B Oliphant the other subscribing evidence was present at the same time, and signed his name as a witness to the said will, together with this deponent in the presence of the said testator
