                    Your petitioner Mary Jane Reeves (alias Slaton) would respectfully represent unto Your Honor that Elijah Garrett of said County is the Guardian of her Estate in said county that since his appointment as such Guardian your petitioner has intermarried with one William Slaton Your petitioner further represents unto your Honor that said Guardian has not settled his said Guardianship & refuses so to do since said marriage
                    Your petitioner therefore prays your Honor order compelling the said Elijah Garrett to make a final settlement of his said Guardianship as the law directs in which prayer her said husband joins
