In the name of God, Amen. I Stephen Reeves being of sound mind memory and understanding do hereby make and publish this my last will and testament in manner following that is to say - First it is my will and I do order all my just debts and funeral expenses to be fully paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently cam be after my decease. Item I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Mary Reeve in addition to her right of dower at common law, the use and occupancy of the homestead where I now live, with all my goods and household furniture therein contained of every kind and description, together with use and occupancy of all the land attached thereto - during her widowhood empowering her at any time during her widdowhood to distribute the same or any part thereof to such of my children as she shall think proper; Item: I give and bequeath to my wife the use and income of my spring garden farm on the south side of the ferry road during her widowhood - with privilege of firewood and timber enough to keep the place in ordinary repair. - Item: I give and bequeath to my wife all my personal estate of every description during her widowhood. Item. It is my will and I do order that all the remainder of my estate and remain as it now is until after my son Seely P. Reeves reaches his full age, then after my death to be equally divided share and share alike among all my children.Lastly, I hereby appoint my loving wife Mary Reeve and my beloved son Thomas M. Reeve executors to this my last will and testament. April 24th 1855.

Francis Oglee one of the witnesses to the within will being duly sworn did depose and say, that he saw Stephen Reeves, the testator within named, sign and seal the same, and heard him publish, pronounce and declare the within writing to be his last will and testament and that at the doing thereof the said testator was of sound and disposing mind and memory, as far as this deponent knows and as he verily believes, and that Samuel Mayhew and Reuben Willets the other subscribing witnesses were present at the same time, and signed their names as witnesses to the said will together with deponent in the presence of the testator
