I Willis L. Reeves of Todd County Kentucky do make and publish this my last Will and Testament as follows Towit (?) all my Just debts to be paid. I give to my Son Willis L. Reeves commonly Called Willis L. Reeves Jr. all my Estate Real, personal and mixed of whatever nature and Kind it may be.

I do not wish any appraisment Inventory or public Sale of my personal Estate unless my Executor of (?) Shall think it best to do so.

I appoint my Said Son Willis L. Reeves Executor of this my last Will and testament and I request the proper Court to grant to my Said Son Willis L. Reeves letters Testamentary on my Estate without requiring him to give Bond or Security.

I hereby revoke all will or wills by me heretofore made and declare this to be my true last will & Testament.

In testimony whereof I have hereunto Set my hand January 8 1864.

State of Kentucky County of Todd Sct.

I Ben T. Perkins clerk of the County Court of the County aforesaid certify that at a county court continued and held for Todd County Kentucky at the courthouse (unidentifiable word stricken in original) in Elkton on the 14th December 1866 was produced the fore going instrument of writing, purporting to be the last will and testament of Willis L. Reeves decd which was proved to be the act and deed of Said Reeves. Said will was ordered to be recorded.

              Whereupon I have truly recorded Said will with this certificate in my office. Said Will is Stamped with Eleven dollars Internal revenue Stamps this 15 Dec 1866.
