Transcript

The Last Will and Testament of Nancy Jessup (wife of Daniel Jessup Jr) of Cornwall in the County of Orange and State of New York
I Nancy Jessup considering the uncertainty of this mortal life and being of sound mind and memory, do make and publish this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following, that is to say
First I order and direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid by my executor hereinafter named and appointed as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
Second I give and bequeath to my brother Isaac Reeve and Charles A. Reeve each the sum of two hundred dollars. To Mary Ann Booth, Matilda Booth, Sarah Booth and Hanah Booth each the sum of one hundred Dollars. To my sister Sarah Reeve the sum of Seven hundred Dollars, and to my sister Joann Ketchum the sum of Five hundred Dollars.
Third I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my Brother in law, Joseph Ketchum sole executor of this my last will and testament
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal and publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament this twenty first day of July AD 1865.
