Georgia § Know all men by these presents that we DamarisWalton County § Z. Reeves as principal and M. Jett Stinchcomb
and R. Q. Tucker as Securities are held and firmly
bound unto Jesse Mitchell Ordinary of said County and his successors in office in the just and full sum of Four hundred dollars for the payment of which well and truly to be made we bind ourselves our Heirs executors and Administrators jointly and Severally firmly by these presents. Sealed with our Seals and dated this the 6-day of Decr 1869
Now should the said Damaris Z. Reeves Natural Guardian of William A. Reeves to whom there is Coming from the estate of Frederic Reaves (sic) through his father Abner Reaves decd. A distributive Share of said Frederic estate – well and truly demean herself as Guardian of said Share to wit the sum of one hundred & Sixty four & 95/100 dollars where So received & manage it according to law then this obligation to be void otherwise to remain in full force & virtue
