I James Reeves of the said County being of sound and disposing mind & memory, but weak in body do make & publish this my last will & testament, hereby revoking all other wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1st I desire & direct that all my just debts & funeral expenses be first paid.
2nd I give to my niece Elizabeth Lee, wife of W. J. Lee two hundred dollars to her sole & separate use free from the debts - contracts or _ of her present or any future husband she may have.
3rd All of the remainder & residue of my estate beeth real & personal I give & bequeath to my sister Mrs. Purify Flanigan wife of Wm H. Flanigan and her two children Thomas M. Flanigan, and Mrs. Malinda P. Carey to be shared by them equally share & share alike.
In testimony whereof I hereby afix my hand & seal this the 10th day of Nov 1882
The foregoing was signed in our presence & acknowledged by the testator to be his last will & testament. This Novr 10 1882
