This Indenture made and entered into the 14th day of April in the year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and ninety four between R. K. Reeves of the county of Clark state of Georgia of the first part and Sidney P. Reeves, Mary C. Reeves and Rufus K. Reeves Jr. of the County of Clark, State of Georgia of the second part: Witnesseth that the said R. K. Reeves for and in consideration of the sum of fifteen hundred ($1500.00) Dollars in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has granted, bargained, sold, aliened, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, alien, convey and confirm unto the said Sidney P. Reeves, Mary C. Reeves and Rufus K. Reeves Jr. their heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of land situated lying and being at High Shoals in the County of Walton ins said State Containing six acres (6) more or less being the home and lot whereon F. W. Powell formerly lived and now occupied as a residence by Dr. J. P. Guin, bounded as follows: On North by the High Shoals School lot (known as J. W. Harris School), on the East by the road leading to Madison Ga, on the South by lands of Mrs. M. L. Powell and on the West by lands of said Mrs. M. L. Powell.

To have and to hold the said described property with all ands singular the rights, members and appurtenances thereunto appertaining to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of them the said Sidney P. Reeves, Mary C. Reeves and Rufus K. Reeves Jr. their heirs executors, administrators and assigns in fee simple, and the said R. K. Reeves the said described property unto the said Sidney P. Mary C and Rufus K Reeves Jr. their heirs executors, administrator and assigns against the said R. K. Reeves his heirs executors and administrators and against all and every other person or persons shall and will warrant and forever defend by virtue of these presents.

In Witness Whereof the said R. K. Reeves has hereunto set his executors and administrators and against all and every other person or persons shall and will warrant and forever defend by virtue of these presents (duplicative language is as found in the original).

In Witness whereof the said R. K. Reeves has hereunto set his hand and affixed his seal and delivered these presents the day and year first above written.
