This Indenture made the (blank) day of November 1895 between E. W. P. Woodruff of Navaro (Navarro) County State of Texas and James A. Reeves of the County of Walton Sate of Georgia: Witnesseth that the said E. W. P. Woodruff for and in consideration of the sum of Five Hundred dollars the receipt whereof is herby acknowledged does hereby sell and convey unto the said James A. Reeves his heirs an assigns a certain tract of land situated in the County of Walton and Gwinnett County to wit Containing one hundred and Sixty five acres more or less bounded as follows: on the North by lands of Henry Carter col. On the west by lands of John S. Smith and Isaac Forester, on the south by lands of James A. Reeves, on the South by land of John Carter and Mrs. Lizzie Bonels, bring part of lot No. 258 and 259 part of said land lying and being in Gwinnett County and part in Walton County, Containing one hundred and Sixty five acres more or less. Together with all the rights and privileges thereunto belonging in Fee Simple. And the said E. W. P. Woodruff his heirs executors and administrators the title to the premise aforesaid will forever warrant and defend to the said James A. Reeves his heirs and assigns, against the lawful claims of all other persons.

Before me John T. Gill, a Notary Public in and for Navaro County, State of Texas personally appeared E. W. p.
