Husband Barred from Disposing of his Estate

When Mrs. Bertie Lou Reeves file suit for divorce against her husband, Alexander Reeves, yesterday, Judge W. D. Ellis, at her instigation, issued an order restraining the husband from interfering with any of his $41,000 of his property in the city, until a hearing was given her case.

The Reeves action came on the heels of separation last Monday night. Divorce proceedings were filed by Attorneys Rubin Arnold, Lamar Hill and J. A. Drake. Cruel treatment is the main allegation.
