Transcription

          I, being of my right mind, this day will and bequeath to my daughter Lallah Shemwell, all my property, both personal and real estate, to manage and do as she thinks best.
          This the 14th day of November, 1934

          I, C. E. Gordon, Clerk of the county and state aforesaid, do certify that the foregoing instrument of writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of James Reeves was produced in open court and proven by the oath of G. A. Thompson and Oscar Shemwell who testified to the handwriting of the said James Reeves. Whereupon the said instrument was ordered probated and admitted to record.
          Whereupon the same, the foregoing and this certificate have been duly recorded in my office in Will Book 2, Page 592.
          Given under my hand, this the 1st day of April, 1937.
