Donald Rae Reeves passed away on October 30, 2011 in Lubbock after a battle with cancer. Services will be held at 1 p.m. Nov 3, 2011 at Southwest St. Luke's Methodist Church. Interment City of Lubbock Cemetery by Rix funeral Directors.

He was born in Prairie Grove, Ark. On 23 Dec 1952, the son of Glenn and Ann Pollard Reeves. Graduate of Plainview High School in 1971. Attended Texas A&M and Texas Tech University. Don called square dancing for Lubbock and the surrounding area for 20 Years. Employed at Empire Paper at time of his death.

He married Judy Pollard Jan 11, 1985 in Lubbock.

He was preceded in death by his dad, Glenn Reeves; son Lance Boling; and his father & mother in law, Billy and Bettye Morris.

Survivors include his wife, Judith; mother Ann Reeves of Amarillo, son Jason Rae Reeves (Christi) of Houston, three daughters: Tiffany Boling Burrell ( Kevin) of Lubbock; April Reeves Chauvette (Scott); and Audra Reeves Cribbs (Cy) of Moore, Okla; five grandsons; three granddaughters; two sisters, Francy Reeves Callahan (Joe Bob) and Becky Reeves Cole (Robert) both of Amarillo; and numerous nieces and nephews.
