Reeves Y-DNA Project Updates - September 2006 [1]

Over the last few days, I believe I have caught up with all the website updates for our Reeves DNA project. Several new participants have been added. In some cases only the kit number and name will appear because the results have not yet been released by FtDNA. Even though the results have not been received, I wanted to go ahead and post their name so everyone will know that new results will be coming in the near future.

We have our 7th match group between

    Kit  19587 for Curtis Brent Reeves
    Kit  62360 for Hal D Reeves

The two new participants are

    Kit  66690 for Robert Franklin Reeves
    Kit  68793 for James Franklin Reeves

I believe there were also one or two people that upgraded their test to include additional markers.

There were also several updates to the Family Lines page. In particular,

    Kit  62360 for Hal D Reeves         - family line added
    Kit  59660 for James Henry Reeves   - family line extended by several generations

A couple of other minor changes were also made such as missing birth or death dates that were recently sent in by the participants.

I really appreciate everyone helping to make our DNA project successful. We have made a lot of progress over the last couple of years, but still have a long way to go. Please help to get the word out to other Reeves, Reaves, Rives lines and encourage them to join.
