James Munday is named in a 1729 deed from his brother Thomas Munday "in consideration of the natural love and brotherly affection". The deed conveys a 50 acre tract on the waters of Graves Spring Branch in Essex County which was part of a tract of land conveyed by Thomas Munday, grandfather to Thomas Munday party of this deed, and by him to his son Thomas Munday, father of the third Thomas Munday. Research Notes

The above daughters are all named in the 1748 will of Mary Munday. There were several other grandchildren name who may also have been children of James Munday's but it is currently unknown exactly which child of Thomas and Mary Munday was their parent.
