There is a court case from the 1880s in St Claire County, Missouri which refers to Light Reavis owning some land. He died intestate and the case says he left the following children as heirs: Benton Reavis, Edward Reavis, Drucilla Reavis, Nancy Potter wife of Samuel Potter, Martha Loyd wife of John Loyd Jr and Ellen Loyd wife of James Loyd. A previous court case from 1854 listing the family of Edward Reavis states that Lyght Revis who married Susan Anderson and had seven children: Nancy Revis, Martha Revis, Ellen Revis, Elvira Revis, Druzilla Revis, Benton Revis, and Edward Revis.
Susan apparently remarried to a Mr. Whitley who must have died by 1860. Her family is listed under the Whitley surname in the census.
