William Purrier mentions "Isaack Reeve (who now lives with me)" in his will from 1671. It would appear therefore that he was his grandson and therefore son of James and Mary Reeve.

Isaac was rated as having one horse in the 1675 Southold Estimate for tax rates.

He is not in the 1683 Southold Estimate and therefore likely had died or removed from Southold by that time.
