Jeremiah Reeve, a native of the United States, and a merchant, of this city, was attacked at his place of business, Mo. 79 Worth St., and died after an illness of twelve hours at 10 o'clock on Friday night. Mr. R. resided in Westchester County.

His will was dated 22 Feb 1864 and was probated in Westchester County 24 Oct 1866. He mentions his wife Mary and children Augustus Halsey Reeve, Fanny Isabel Reeve, and nephew Henry G. Reeve of Brooklyn.
