Abner Reeves and Missouri Pope were the parents of:

1. Ida Reeves, b. c. 1853, GA.
2. Sarah E. Reeves, b. c. 1855, GA. She was likely the Eliza Reeves in Missouri's household in 1870.
3. Martha A. Reeves, b. c. 1857, GA. She was likely the Matilda Reeves in Missouri's household in 1870.
4. Hattie Reeves, b. c. 1860, AR, d. 11 July 1933, Meriwether Co., GA, m. Tom A. Ware.

Missouri Pope was a daughter of Cadesman Pope of Pike Co., GA. She, Abner, and their children were enumerated in Drew Co., AR, in 1860. Missouri was back in Pike Co., GA, in 1860, living among her Pope relatives. Some family members later lived in Meriwether County, as evidenced by her daughter Hattie Ware's death certificate.

Notes

This Abner Reeves seems to be the child of William and Sarah Jossey Reeves, but additional confirmation is needed given the frequency with which the name Abner was used in this Reeves family. In 1860, he was shown with $2000/$6225 in property, which is consistent with the share he would have received of his father William's estate.
