TUCKER-REEVES
Mr. Charles D. Reeves, aged 22, and Miss Louisa Tucker, aged 21, both of Brooksville, were married here Friday by Acting County Judge Fred Dresel at the County Clerk's office.
Son George's death certificate states that Charles was born in Rowan County, Kentucky.
Charles' mother supposedly died in Childbirth, and he was adopted from the Christian Children's Orphanage in Louisville, KY by Charles Henry Tucker. Charles was living with Henry Tucker in 1920 in Brooksville, Bracken, Kentucky.
Charles's 1942 WWII Draft Card shows him residing with his wife Louisa in Falmouth, Pendleton County, Kentucky. It states he was born 30 Dec 1899 in "Rown", Kentucky. There is a WWI Draft Card for Charles Davis Reeves with the same birth date when he was residing in Brooksville, Bracken County, Kentucky. His brother Mitchell Reeves, of Barterville, Nicholas County, was named as closest relative.

Charles D., beloved father of Nancy Mills, Larry, Charles J., John and Harold Reeves, dear brother of John, George, Mitch Reeves and Florence Williams, also survived by 12 grandchildren, passed away Sunday, October 7, 1962, at residence, 1526 Race St., age 62 years. Funeral Wednesday, October 10 from the Riedlinger-Leman Funeral Home, 19 Green St., 10 A. M. Friends may call Tuesday, 4 to 9 P. M.
Louisa was born 1906 and died 1999.
