Burr--Mrs. W. W. Burr. 77, died at her home at 5 p.m. Saturday. A native of Missouri, she went to Tennessee and later to Texas. She was married at Forth Worth in 1885 to Rev. W. W. Burr who survives her. Rev and Mrs. Burr moved to Houston in 1905 where they since resided except for intervals when Rev. Mr. Burr was engaged in pastoral and evangelistic work in which he was very active during the past 42 years. Mrs. Burr was a member of the Second Baptist Church. Surviving, besides her husband, are four daughters. Miss Ruth Burr and Mrs. Lena James of Houston, Mrs. J. B. Oliver of Beaumont and Mrs. A. Z. Owen of Liberty; two sons, Dr. Harry B. Burr of Houston and Tom F. Burr of League City; a brother, R. D. Reeves of Nashville, Tenn.; 12 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
