Child of Marion Reeves and Manerva Martin:
  1. William Reeves, b. 3 Feb 1864
Manerva Martin Reeves apparently died after giving birth, while Marion was away serving in the Civil War. One year old William is listed in the home of his maternal grandmother Eudora Martin Bettigrew in Pleasant Grove, Greenwood, Kansas when the 1865 Kansas State Census was recorded. William's California Death Index gives his mother's maiden name as Martin.
