Accidentally Killed His Brother
A very sad accident happened at Mr. Calvin Reeves', near Kershaw, last Wednesday, resulting in the death of one of his sons, aged about 16 years. One of the boys was handling a pistol when it was accidentally discharged, the ball entering the back of his elder brother, penetrating the heard and killing him almost instantly. An inquest was held by Magistrate J. T. Cauthen. The remains of the young man were buried at Fork Hill church Thursday.
