Surname variants within TRP

We have always stressed that The Reeves Project is about all variations of the Reeves surname. It is therefore pleasing to note that October has seen the first pages for the Rieves variant of our surname added to The Reeves Project.

Wiki Stats - End October 2012

The total number of pages in the Wiki (as at 1 October 1 November 2012) now stands at 4920 (previously 4842, 4765, 4747), an increase of 78 pages during the past month. Of these 896 pages (was 892, 882, 880) begin with number and are most probably a date related gleaning. We currently have 1344 wiki pages categorised as "People", of which 1017 begin with the letter "R".

TRP Users

We currently have 91 user accounts on TRP, including 1 new member who successfully activated their account in October. We welcome Kirk and look forward to his contributions to The Reeves Project wiki.

If, like me, you're not one of the world's most speedy or accurate typists, you might like to know that it is possible to pre-enter your user name on a minimalistic logon form.

In your favourite web browser, create a book mark of the form

http://TheReevesProject.org/data/tiki-login_scr.php?user=my-email-username@example.com

replacing "my-email-username@example.com" with the e-mail address you registered with TRP. When you open that link, the Email (user id) field will be pre-populated and all you need to do is enter your password before hitting the Enter key or clicking the "Log In" button.
