In the name of God amen I Huigh Reive of Willingale Spaine in the Countie of Essex husband and being sicke in bodie, but of good and pfecte memorie, thankes be to Almightie God, doe make and ordeyne this my last will and testament, in manner and forme followinge:
First I bequeath my soule into the hands of Almightie God my mercyfull father, trustinge assuredlie through his mercyes and the meritte of his onelie sonne, Christ Jesus my savior to have free remission and pdon of all my sinns and to enjoy eternall blisse amongst his saints in his heavenlie kingedome and my bodie to be buried at the discretion of my executor in sure and certaine hope of resurrection to eternall life. And as touching that poore estate it hath pleased God to indewe me withall in this world I dispose of it in manner and forme followinge
First I give and bequeath unto my sonne John Reive five pounds of good and lawfull monie, to be payd him wthin one yeare after my death.
Item I give and bequeath unto my sonne Thomas Reive five pounds of good and lawfull monie of England to be payd him wthin one yeare after my death.
Item I give unto Ann Reive the daughter of my sonne Thomas Reive twentie shillinge to be payd unto her at the age of eighteene yeares.
I give to my daughter Joane Reive tenne pounds of lawfull monie of England to be payd unto her wthin sixe months after my death.
Item I give and bequeath unto my sonne Jeames alias Huigh Reive five pounds of like lawfull monie to be payd unto him wthin two yeares after my death
Item I give and bequeath unto my sonne William Reive five pounds of lawfull monie of England to be payd unto him wthin three yeeres after my death.
Item I give unto my daughter Marie Reive five pounds of good and lawfull monie of England to be paid unto her at her age of one and twentie yeeres.
Item I give and bequeath unto my daughter Elyzabeth Reive, tenne pownds to be payd her at her age of eighteene years of good and lawfull monie of England. And my will and mynd is that my executor hereafter named shall provide for her till shee shalbe of age to receyve her said legacie. And all the residue of my goods, chattells, cattle and moveables, whatsoever, my debts legacies, and funerall expences discharged, I give and bequeath unto my sonne Richard Reive whome I make and ordeyne sole executor of this my last will and testament enjoyning him to make true and faythfull payment of all my debts and funerall legacies herein by me given and bequeathed.
In wittnes whereof I have sette my hand and seale this feethteene day of December Anno Domini 1635
