Edward Reeves of Baltimore County in the province of Maryland of ye other party Witnesseth ye said George Shipwith and Elizabeth his wife for a valuable consideration to them in hand paid & secured to be paid at or before the ensealing and Delivery of these presents by the sd Edward Reeves whereof and wherewith they the sd George Shipwith & Elizabeth his wife do acknowledge the Receipt and themselves to be fully satisfied contented and paid Have Granted Bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these presents do fully clearly and Absolutely grant Bargain Sale Alien Enfeoff & Confirm unto the sd Edward Reeves all those two parcells or tracts of land herein after mentioned Viz One parcel of land called Clements Dairus Lying in a Creek on ye East side of the Bay in Baltimmore County Called Rumusy Creek and at the South Side of the sd Creek Beginning at a Marked Chestnut tree standing by the Creek Side by a ? of a Marsh Running from the Said tree for breadth Down the Creek fifty perches to marked Oake standing by a small Bank by the Creek Side bounded on the sd Oake by a line Drawn west for length into the wood & three hundred & twenty perches Bounded Butted west by a line Drawn North fifty porches Bounded ? North by a line Drawn East to the first Marked tree to the East Together with the sd Creek containing and said But one hundred Acres more or less also ? or parcele of land called Clement Lying on the Western side of Chesippeek Bay & in a Creek Called Runsey Creek in the County of Baltimore aforesad and in the East side of the Creek beginning at a marked chestnut tree being it norther west bounded two of a parcele of land formerly taken up by William Hollis and running up the sd Creek North north west untoo a marked Red oake being the south east Bounded tree of a track of land formerly taken up by William Osborne twenty five perches by a line Drawn from the sid? of the sd west line & Running south south east twenty five perches by a line Drawn from the end of the South South East & Running east parallel with the Afsd Hollis his said three hundred & ? unto the said ? Bounded Chestnut tree Containing & said ? for fifty acres mor or less with all Houses Edofies orchards Gardings fencing & all other right profitts benefits & comodities thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining together with the pattents Deeds Gifts Grants and conveyances touching or concerning the above Demised premises or any part or parcel thereof & the revercon and revercons remainder and remainders of all and singular the sd Bargained premises and every part and parcel thereof and also all the Estate Rights title interest claim or Demand whatsoever of them ye said George Shipwith and Elizabeth his wife of and in and to the same & also all woods underwoods and trees now standing Growing and being upon the premises or any part parcell thereof To have and to hold the sd two parcels or tracts of land together with all Houses Edifics Buildings Orchards Gardens and other Right Benefitt Profitts and all and singular the Appurtenances to the same belonging unto him the sd Edward Reeves his heirs and assigns forever to the only use and behoof of the sd Edward Reeves his heirs and Assigns forever and I said George Shipwith and Elizabeth his wife for them selves their lioyros heirs exrs & admrs and assigns by the ? do covenant promise and Grant to and with ye sd Edward Reeves that they ye said George Shipwith and Elizabeth his wife Oath? of the ensealing and Delivery oof these presents have full power good right and lawfull authority to grant bargain sell alien enfeoff confirm convey & ? ye sd two parcells or practs of land & every part and parcel thereof wth all and singular ye before? granted or mentioned to be granted pemises wth their and every of appurtenances unto ye the sd Edward Reevesh his heirs and assigns and every of their shall and may by force and virtue of these presents from time to time and at all times nowafter lawfully peceably and quetly have hold occupy possess and enjoy all these two parcells or tracts of land all every of the aforesd premises hereby granted with their appurtenances to his and their own proper use and behoof forever. With any set suit trouble and charge whatsoever of or by the sd George Shipwith and Elizabeth his wife their heirs or assigns or any or either of them or of or by any other person persons lawfully claiming orto claim any right title or interest unto the sd Bargained premises or any tract or parcel thereof by from or under these George Shipwith & Elizabeth his wife their heirs or assigns by from or under any other person or persons whatsoever lawfully clayming or pretending to have any interest into the sd Bargained premises and that free and clear and freely and clearly acquited exonerated and discharged or other title from to time to be and sufficiently ? and kept Harmless and indemnified by the sd George Shipwith and Elizabeth his wife their heirs Ex Adms of and from all and any manner of former and other Gifts Grants Bargains sales losses morgages joyntures extents judgments executions and of from all and singular other titles troubles charges and Incumbrances to ? made committed or done by the sd George Shipwith and Elizabeth his wife their heirs or assigns or by any other persons or persons whatsoever lawfully claiming or to claim by from or under him their or any or either of them or by from or under his or their means act consent title interest privity or peacement or by the means act title or intent of any other person or persons whatsoever the rights and services from henceforth to Give Due and Payable unto the choice Lord or Lords only Excepted and foreprized and the sd George Shipwith and Elizabeth his wife for their ? heirs executs and Adm Do Covenant Demise and Grant to and with the said Edward Reeves his heirs and assigns by these presents that the said George Shipwith and Elizabeth his wife and their heirs or assigns and every other person and persons lawfully laving claiming to have any estate right title or interest into or out of the above bargained premises or any part or parcell thereof by from or under them the sd George Sipwith or Elizabeth his wife their heirs or assigns or either of them or by power under any other person or persons whatsoever ? and will from time to time and at all times hereafter during the space of seven years following the date hereof Atts Reasonable Request ? and charges in the? of the sd Edward Reeves his heirs & Assigns do make acknowledge levey execute and suffor or cause to be made Don acknowledged leveyed executed & suffered all and every such further and other lawfull and reasonable act and acts assurance and assurances in the law whatsoever for the further and better appearance justly & ? making and conveying of the above Bargained premises aand every part parcell thereof to the sd Edward Reeves his heirs and assigns according to the True intent and meaning hereof be it by fine payment recovery or other wise as by the sd Edward Reeves his heirs or assigns or his their council Signed in the law in that behalf shall be reasonable devised enfeoffed or required that all and every such further or other assurance to be made as aforesaid of ye sd Bargained premsies and every part and parcell thereof is most and intended to be and shall be the only use and behalf of him the sd Edward Reeves his heirs and asigns forever and to no other use intent purpose whatsoever. In witness hereof the sd George Shipwith & Eliabeth his wife have set their hands and seals the day and year above written.
