In ye name of God Amen &c
I Robert Reeve of Cold Norton in the County of Essex husbandman, being sick & weake of body, but of sound and perfect memory, blessed be god, do make & ordaine this my Last Will & Testamt in manner & form following (vizt)
First I bequeath my soul to Almighty God who gave me one first being, hoping through his mercy & goodnes, to have free pardon & remission of my sinnes
Secondly I bequeath my body to the dust from whence it came to be buryed in decent & comely manner at the discretion of my executrix, hereafter named.
Lastly for my worldly goods that god hath beene pleased to lend and bestow uppon me I give and dispose of as followeth
Imprimis I give & bequeath unto my Brother Willm Reeve of Purleigh in ye County of Essex yeoman the sum of tenn shilling to buy him a ring to remember me
Item I give and bequeath unto my sister Isabell ye wife of George Johnson of Purleigh tenn shillings to be paid her wthin one moth after my decease
Item I give unto my sister Eliz: ye wife of John Downham tenn shillings to be paid her at the same time
Lastly I give and bequeath unto Jane my deare & loving wife all my ready mony, Goods chattells cattell and houshold stuff uppon condition that shee shall pay all my debts and my funerall charges discharges & I make ordaine and constitute & appoint Jane my deare & loving wife aforesaid my sole executrix of this my last will & Testament revoking all other wills & testamts whatsoever In witnes whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seale the 25 day of November in the Seaventh yeare of his Majty Reign &c Anno Dom 1695
