Know all men by these presents that we Martha Moseley Thos Munday & James Reeves are holden and firmly bounden unto James Boughan of the County of Essex Gent. His heirs Execut.s Adm.rs & Assigns for & in behalfe of the Court of y.e afores.d County of Essex in ye full & Just Sum of two hundred pounds Sterling Money for ye which paym:t well & truly to be made we do hereby bind our selves our heirs Execut.rs and Adm.rs joyntly & Severally firmly by these presents Witness our hands & Seales this 10th day of May 1707The Condition of the above Obligation is Such that if the above bounden Martha Moseley Tho:s Munday & James Reeves or Some one of them or some of their heirs Execut.rs or Adm.rs do Save and hold harmless and indemnified the above sd Court of Essex and their Successors of and from all and all manner of Damages & troubles ne:cs (?) to them or any of them may Occur or happen for or by reason of their having granted the Administration of all & Singular the Goods rights & Cred.ts of Robert Moseley Deced unto ye above Martha Moseley and also if the s.d Martha Moseley do well & truly administ.r ye sd. Estate of the sd. Deced According to ye Several Laws in that Case made & provided that then this Obligation to be Void otherwise to be & remain in full force and Virtue ~
