In the name of God Amen I Thomas Reeve of Chingford In the County of Essex husbandman being fle in body but of sound and perfect memory praised be Almighty God Dow make and ordain this my last will and testament In maner and form following that is to say
First and Espstially I commit my soule into the hands of almighty God that gave it and my body to ye Earth from whence it was taken to be buryed in Christian like maner at the descrestion of my executrix hereafter menconed and as for my worldly estate I give as followeth
Imprimis I give unto my Deer and loving wife Jeane Reeve the house I now dwell in with all the apputenances to it belonging for and during her naturall life and after her deceas my will is that it shall goe unto my Grandson Phillip Tonge or the hairs of his body lawfully begotten if he have any and forwant of such ishew my will is that ye said house shall goe unto my Grandson Jeames Reeve and his hairs for ever
Item I give and bequeath unto my deer and loving wife Jeane Reeve that house and all the appurtenances to it belonging which I purchased of Richard Claydon tell my Grandson Jeames Reeve shall accomplish ye adge of one and twenty years but if my grandson Jeames Reeve shall dye before he comes to ye adge then my will is that my wife shall inioye ye profitts dowring her life and afterward to my next hairs at law
Item I give unto my daughter Mary Hawikin? the wife of Gregory Franikin? my house in upsheer in the parish of Walham Holy Cross with all the apurtenances to it belonging for and during her natural life and after her decease my will is that the said house and all the appurtenances to it belonging shall goe to Gregory Hanikin and Mary Hanikin her son and daughter and there hairs for ever equally to be devided
Item all the rest of my goods and chattles whatsoever I give unto my Deer and loving wife whome I make and ordain my whole and sole executrix of this my last will and Testament to discharge my finerall and pay my debts and towards bringing up my grandson Phillip Tong and this I one to be my last will and Testament revocking all wills by me formerly maid In witness hereunto I sett my hand and seale this third day of December in ye yeare of our Lord God one Thowsand seven hundred and eleven.
