In the Name of God Amen I Henry Ryves of Blanford Forum in the County of Dorsett Gent being aged and infirm but of sound mind and memory do make this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following Viz I bequeath my soul to Almighty God and my body to the Earth to be decently interred at the discretion of my executor hereafter named.Item I give and bequeath to George the son of Arthur Zouch the summe of one hundred pounds to bind him an Apprentice to such trade and person as his mother shall think fit and it is my will that his masters receipt shall be a discharge to my executors.
All the rest and residue of my personall estate Bonds Bills readus? money goods and chattles whatsoever I give and bequeath to my kinsman Thomas Haysome whom I make sole executor of this my last Will and Testament revoking all former wills by me made and all grants and assignments of any Bonds or Debts wherein or whereby I have reserved to my self any power of revocation In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seale this third day of August Anno Dm 1714.
