The Last Will & Testament of Thomas Watson decd was presented into Court by Rachel Reives his Relict who made oath thereto and being proved y the oaths of Joseph Woodward & Mary Woodward is admitt to Record and for that no Executor is nominated in the said Will Upon the Mocon of
Wm Reives & the sd Rachel his present wife certificate is granted them for obtaining Letters of admicon on the sd decds effects with His will annexed in due form Joseph Woodward & George Dunbarr assuming to be securities for their faithfull admicon according to Law - Ordered that Joseph Carr William Davies Wm Newton & Samuel Damouvel or any three of them being first sworn before one of his majies justices for the sd County do ? him before the next Court to be held for the County aforesaid value & appraise the sd effects in money & make report thereof to the said next Court.
