This Day came the Partys by their Attorneys And the Defendant defends the force and wrong when and where he ought and saith that he is not guilty in manner and form as the plt against him hath declared and of this he puts himself upon the Country * the plt likewise doth the same & the trial of the issue is deffered till the next Court
