This Indenture made this Twenty Sixth Day of January in the year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and fifty nine Between Micajah Reeves of the Township of Northampton & County of Burlington and province of West New Jersey yeoman of the one part and John Thomson of Mannington in the County of Salem and province afsd yeoman of the other part Witnesseth that Whereas the sd Micajah Reeve has become lawfully seized of a certain tract of land situate in Mannington aforesaid containing two hundred acres of land and Marsh be the same more or less which land and marsh the said Micajah Reeve holds in propriety one half by a will of Gift from his father Walter Reeve and the other half he purchased of Jonathan Reeves as by his Deed bearing Dat the Twenty seventh Day of August in the year of our Lord 1756 Relation thereunto being had may more at large appear And Now the said Micajah Reeves for and in consideration of one hundred and fifty pounds to him in hand paid by the aforesaid John Thomson Hath sold set over and Delivered unto him the said John Tomson and his heirs executors administrators and assigns the above said two hundred acres of land and Marsh be the same more or less situate in Mannington aforesaid Beginning at a Hickory tree marked for a corner of Thomas Masons land west by South 197 perches to a hickory tree marked from thence North North East 120 perches to a white oak in a Valley from thence up the said valley easterly upon the several courses thereof to a red oak tree marked 100 perches from thence bearing southaly up the said - to the first mentioned place to a red oak tree marked near the said hickery 45 perches within the said Bound is contained one hundred and eighty acres of land be the same more ore less then for the marsh Beginning in George Webb line of his 100 acres of Marsh that is next to the Shore from thence south east by east 32 perches to a stake set from thence North North East 110 perches to a stake set from thence North west by West 32 perches to a stake from thence south southwest to the first mentioned stake 110 perches within the said Bounds is contained 20 acres be the same more or less To have and to hold the said land and premises unto the above said John Thomson and his heirs executors administrators and assigns and every part and parcell thereof with all the wood ways easments emoluments water ways mines minerals and all other royalties to the same belonging or in any ways appertaining will warrant and forever Defend unto the said John Thomson his heirs executors Admrs and assigns free and clear from any person or persons whatsoever lawfully claiming or to claim any right title or interest to the aforesaid granted premises By from or under him and likewise from any of them heirs of Caleb Reeves or ay gift or grant made by him the said Caleb Reeves and the said Micajah Reeves given no greater warranty then from the heirs of Caleb Reeves and himself and his heirs or any person claiming or to claim by from or under him will warrant and forever defend and from no other persons. In witness whereof the parties to these presents hath hereunto set their hands and seals the Day and year first above written.

Recd the Day and year within mentioned of the within named John Thomson the sum of one hundred and fifty pounds of good and lawfull money being in full for the consideration money mentioned in the within Indenture recd Micajah Reeve Nath Dickinson

Be it remembered that Micajah Reeve the within named grantor personally appeared before me Revell Elton Esqr one of the judges of the County Court for the County of Burlington and acknowledged that he signed sealed and delivered the within instrument as his act and deed for the uses within mentioned and also Hannah his wife she being privately examined saith that she signed and sealed the same instrument freely of her own freewill without any force or compulsion of her husband taken and before me this 22d Day of December 1759
