Received August the 8th 1792 of John Reaves Eighty Five Pounds Specie in full for a Negro girl slave named Taner(?) about Ten years of age which said Negro girl slave I warrant and Defend unto the said John Reaves his heirs and assigns forever against myself my Heirs Executors & Administrators also from all other Persons whatever In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my Hand & Seal the day and date above written.
