p. 8, “Ephraim Bilderback Benjamin Hall Ely Reeves and Daniel McCarty or any three of them being first Sworn are appointed to View a way proposed for a Road from the Upper blue Lick Road at D Bilderbacks to Daviss’s Mill and make report of the conveniences and Inconveniences attending Opening the Same to the next court.”

p. 20, “Samuel Reeves is Appointed Overseer of the road from Washington to the Clerks Office to begin at the East line of Maxwells Preemption and to Extent to the Clerks Office instead of John Taylor who is discharged and to have the Same hands also all the hands One mile at the West End to work under him thereon.”

p. 239, “John Davidson Austin Reeves Joseph Doniphan and Josiah Davidson or any three of them being first sworn are Ordered to appraise in Current money the personal Estate and Slaves if any of Timothy Murphy Deceased and make report to the next Court.”

23 Sept 1799
p. 278, “Caleb J Taylor produced Credentials of his Ordaination and of his being in regular Communion with the Methodist Church took the Oath of allegience to this Commonwealth and upon his entering into Bond with Austin Reeves and John Petticord his Securities as the Law directs he is authorised to Celebrate the rites of Matrimony agreeable to the forms and Customs of said church between any persons to him regularly applying therefor within this County.”
