Know all by thee presents that I James Collier of the State and County aforesaid in Consideration of the sum of Five hundred Silver dollars have bargained Sold and delivered unto Stephen Reaves of the same place One Negro Woman named Sinea about twenty five years old & her child Named Clary to have and to hold the said two Negroes Slaves and their Increases unto the said Stephen Reaves his Heirs and assigns and I the said James Collier for my self my heirs Executors & administrators will warrant & by these presents forever defend the said Sinea & Clary and their Increase to the said Stephen Reaves his heirs and assigns forever against the lawful claim or demand of any person or persons whatsoever In Witness Whereof I have here unto set my hand and Seal the 25th day of February A. D. 1804
