Know all me by these presents that I John Reaves of the State South Carolina Barnwell District for and in consideration of thirty Dollars in hand paid the receipt whereof hereby acknowledged have bargained and sold and by these presents bargain sell alien release and confirm unto William Forester of sd State and District a certain piece or parcel of land situate and in sd State & District being part of one hundred acres granted the seventh? day of December Seventeen Hundred and ninety? five and by late survey will fully appear marked A containing 67 acres on the waters of Coosawatchy Bounding by lines running ? and SE by land belonging to William Smith? NE by Sweney and sd William Forester SW by William Forester which sd land and premises with the appurtenances To have and to hold unto the sd William Forester his heirs and assigns forever also I do hereby from myself and my heirs and from all and every other person or persons lawfully claiming or to claim the same I warrant and forever defend, In witness w?
