Know all men by these presents that I William Reaves of the Territory and County aforesaid, in and for love and afection, give unto my son Ezekial Reaves otherwise Ezekial Adam,
The following Negroes to wit, Peter, a negro man, Phillis a Negro woman, Judah, a negro girl, & two thirds of all my stock. In the second place for the consideration above mentioned I give unto my son William Reaves alias Taylor Rose a negro girl and one third of all my stock, the above property to remain in my possession during my life.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my name and seal this 25th December 1809
