To all to whom it may concern I do hereby constitute and apppoint Reuben McEndre my attorney in fact to act for me in my name in all cases dividing conveying clearing out of dispute to commit to record a division made and signed the 9th of November last and to divide all undivided tracts of land to which lies in Henry County and to prosecute all such that may arise on my part of said land a legal heir and representative of Thomas Reeves deceased.
