Let it be remembered that I Jane Reeve of Woodbury in the County of Gloucester and State of New Jersey being weak of body but of perfect sound mind and memory do make and publish this my last Will and Testament as follows viz.I order my executors herein after named to pay my funeral charges and all my just debts, as soon as shall be convenient after my decease.
Item I give and bequeath unto my niece Catherine V. West, and to Mary W. Rulon and John W. Rulon children of my niece Sarah Rulon all my estate whatsoever and wheresoever in manner following (excepting as is hereinafter excepted) that is to say the one half of the whole to Catherine V. West her heirs and assigns and the other half to Mary W. Rulon & John W. Rulon to be equally divided between them share and share alike and to be paid to the said Mary and John or to their legal representatives after the decease of their mother Sarah Rulon the interest of the said Mary and John's portion to be paid unto their said mother Sarah during her life. The exceptions are these - I give and bequeath unto my niece Sarah Rulon my eight Day Clock and a gold piece of the value of about five dollars; and I give unto my aforesaid niece Catherine V. West two beds and their beding standing up chamber the one in the front and the other in the Back Room with curtains to each bed and my large looking glass.
Item my wearing apparel I give unto my sister Rusa West, Sarah Rulon and Catherine V. West to equally divided between them share and share alike.
Item I give unto Lydia F. Reeve seven silver Table Spoons which were her grandfathers
Item I give and bequeath unto my sister Rusa West all the interest arising on the money due me from James Wood which interest I order my executors to pay to her yearly during her natural life.
And lastly I do hereby nominate and appoint Biddle Reeves and Benjamin Rulon sole executors of this my last will and Testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made

Signed Sealed published and declared by the above named Jane Reeve to be her last will & Testament in the presence of us who have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses in the presence of the Testator this fifteenth day of the tenth month in the year of our LORD eighteen hundred & seventeen 10 Mo 15 1817

Dobel Baker one of the subscribing witnesses to the within will being duly affirmed according to law upon his solemn affirmation saith that he saw Jane Reeves the testatrix therein named sign and seal the same that he heard her publish pronounce and declare the within writing to be her last will testament and at the doing thereof the said testatrix was of sound disposing mind and memory as far as this affirmants knows and as he verily believes and that Anna Rulon the other subscribing witness was present at the same time and subscribed her name thereto together with their affirmants in the presence of the said testatrix.

Biddle Reeves acting executor of the within will being duly affirmed according to law saith that the within writing contains the true last will and Testament of Jane Reeve the testatrix therein named as far as this affirmant knows and as he verily believes and that he will well and truly perform the same by paying first the debts of the said testatrix and then the legacies in the said testament specified so far as the goods chattels and credits of said deceased can thereunto extend and that he will make and exhibit unto the surrogates office at Woodbury a true and perfect inventory of all and singular the goods chattels and credits of said decd which have come to his knowledge & possession or may hereafter come to his possession or to the possession of any other persons or persons for his own use and under a just and true account when thereunto lawfully required.

I Jacob Glover Surrogate of the County of Gloucester do certify the annexed to be a true copy of the last will and Testament of Jane Reeve late of the County of Gloucester decd. and that Biddle Reeves one of the executors therein named proved the same before me and is duly authorised to take upon himself the Administration of the estate of the Testatrix agreably to the said Will. Witness my hand and seal of office the ninth day of September in the year of our LORD one thousand eight hundred and Twenty.
