No. 2718 ~ Waddill, M. Anderson & Reives, Nath from Henry, W. Nathaniel Deed for 250 acres of Land.This Indenture made this 22nd day of June one thousand eight hundred and eighteen Between Nathaniel W. Henry of the county of Pittsylvania, Virginia of the one part, and Anderson M. Waddill of the Town of Leaksville NC & Nathaniel Reives, Lynchburg, Virginia of the other part Witnesseth that the said Henry for and in consideration of the sum of seven thousand five hundred Dollars to him in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath given granted bargained and sold, aliened, and by these presents doth give, grant bargain and sell and confirm unto the said Waddill & Reives their heirs and assigns for ever, a certain tract in Rockingham County NC and containing two hundred & fifty acres bounded as follows, on the South by the lands of Micajah Morman, and on theWest by George D. Winston. Together with all improvements, Hereditaments and appurtenances to the said tract of Land belonging or appertaining – to have and to hold to the said Waddill & Reives, their heirs and assigns and every other person or persons whatsoever laying claim thereto.
