This Indenture made this twelfth day of May in the year of our Lord one Thousand Eight Hundred & twenty one between William Ellison of the one part and Frederick Reeves of the other both of the said County and State aforesaid Witnesseth that for and in the Consideration of the Sum of four Hundred Dollars to him the Said Ellison in hand paid at or before the Sealing and delivering of these presents the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath bargained sold and by these presents hath bargained Sold conveyed and delivered a Certain tract or parcel of Land lying being in the County of Walton and State aforesaid known and distinguished by number Eighteen in the Third district Containing two Hundred and fifty Acres more or les together with all and Singular the rights members and appurtainances thereunto belonging Which land I the Said Ellison do warrant and forever defend from me my heirs administrators and assigns and all other persons whatsoever unto the aforesaid Frederick Reeves his heirs and administrators Executors and assigns to have and to hold as his own proper Right title and behoof in fee Simple In Witness Whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and affixed my Seal day and date first above Written interlined Signed Sealed and delivered in the presents
