This Indenture made this the Sixth September One Thousand Eight hundred and Twenty Three between Jeremiah Reeves of the County Clarke on the one Part and George Harris Jun of the County of Decalb (DeKalb) of the other part Witnesseth that for & in Consideration of the sum of four hundred and Twenty five Dollars To him in hand Paid at and before the Sealing and delivery of these Presents the Receipt whereof hereby acknowledged have Granted bargained Sold and by these Presents do Grant Bargain Sell and Convey unto George Harris his heirs administrators and assigns one Tract or parcel of Land lying and being in the Second District of Walton County and thereover distinguished by the number of Twenty one which Lot may be found in the Original grant for land Together with all and Singular the Premises above mentioned with them and Every Other member Rights and appartainces to the Same belonging or in any manner pertaining unto the said George Harris & his heirs and assigns and the Said Reves Do agree in and With the Said Harris that he will & Truly Warrant and forever Defend the above Land all and Singular the Premises aforesaid from himself his heirs and assigns and persons Claiming It under There Right or Title or any other Maner Whatsoever in fee Simple IN Witnesseth Whereof the Said Jeremiah Reeves hath hereunto Set his hand and fixed his Seal the Day and date first Ritten aforesaid Sealed and Delivered in the Presents of viz
