This Indenture made this the Sixteenth of March in the year of our Lord Eighteen hundred & Twenty four between Jesse T. Reeves of the County and State aforesaid of the one Part an Ephraign Castlebery of the County of Jasper and State aforesaid of the other part Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum Two hundred dollars him in hand Paid by the said Ephraign Castlebery at and before the Sealing and delivery of these presents the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted Bargained sand Sold aleaned(?) Conveyed and Confirmed and by these presents to grant bargain Sell aleane Convey and Confirm unto the Said Ephraign Castleberry heirs and assigns all that Tract or Parcel of Land and being in the County of Walton one half of Lot NO. 115 in the Third District to have and to hold the Said Tract or Parcel of Land with all and Singular the Rights members and appurtainces thereof whatsoever to the Said Ephraign Castlebery his heirs Executors admrs and assigns in fee Simple and the Said Jesse T. Reeves for himself his heirs and Etc. to warrant and forever defend the Title to Said Land from himself and all other persons Lawfully Claiming In Testimony Whereof the Said Jesse T. Reeves have hereunto set us hand and affixed his Seal the day and year first above written. Signed Sealed and Delivered in the presents of
