I Rachel J Reeves of the Township of Northampton in the County of Burlington, State of New Jersey being of sound mind memory and understanding do make and publish this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following viz.
First It is my will and I do order and direct that all my just debts and funeral expences be fully paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently can be after my decease
Second I give and bequeath all my wearing apparel to my sister Ann Reeves to select therefrom such as she may wish to keep and the rest I direct her to distribute among such of my nieces as she may think needs them most
Third All the residue of my moveable estate I direct my executors herein after named to place at interest. And the interest arising therefrom I direct my executors to pay annually to my sister Ann Reeves. And should my sister Ann Reeves become depressed in circumstances so as to require it I direct so much of the principal to be applied to her support as shall be sufficient to render her comfortable even if it should take the whole - and if my sister Ann Reeves leaves no lawful issue then I give and bequeath whatever may be left of my moveable estate at her decease to my two Brothers David Reeves and Zachariah Reeves share and share alike or in case of their decease to their heirs. But if my sister Ann Reeves shall leave lawful issue then I direct one third part of what may be left of my moveable estate at her decease to be given to the heir or heirs of my said sister and the remaining two thirds I direct to be divided between my two brothers David Reeves and Zachariah Reeves, share and share alike or in case of their decease between their heirs
Fourth I give and bequeath to my sister Ann Reeves the use of all my real estate during her natural life and at her decease, if she leaves no lawful issue I give and devise my said real estate to my two Brothers David Reeves and Zachariah Reeves share and share alike, to them their heirs and assigns forever. But if my said sister Ann Reeves leaves lawful issue then in that case I give and devise to such lawful issue of my said sister one third part of my said real estate, and the remaining two thirds I give and devise to my two Brothers David Reeves and Zachariah Reeves share and share alike or in case of their decease to their heirs.
Fifth And lastly I hereby appoint my sister Ann Reeves and my friend Anthony Sharps executors of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this tenth day of the fourth month in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty nine (1829)

Samuel Bullock one of the witnesses to the within will alleging himself to be conscientiously scrupulous of taking an oath & being solemnly affirmed according to law doth declare & say that he saw Rachel J. Reeves the testatrix therein named deceased sign and seal the same heard her publish, pronounce & declare the within writing to be her last will & testament; that at the time of the doing thereof the said testatrix was of sound and disposing mind & memory so far as this affirmant knows & as he verily believes and that William Clothier & Amos Bullock the other subscribing witnesses were present at the same time & signed their names as witnesses to the said will together with this affirmant in the presence of the said testatrix
