Straight to Reeves } Know all men by these presents that I Agustus B Straight Citizen of Brown County & State of Ohio for and in consideration of the sum of thirty dollars to me in hand paid before the Delivery hereof by William Reeves of County & State aforesaid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have given, granted, bargained, sold and forever quit claimed to a certain piece or parcel of land on the waters of the East fork of Whitcoah being part of a survey made for Eustus Kindall No of entry 3519 deeded to me by the Auditor of Brown County which parcel of land is bounded as follows viz, Beginning at Peter Souderbach's Southwest corner at 2 Dogwoods & Sassafras, thence South twenty six west one hundred & four poles to a Beech elm & maple in Barrets line, thence North Sixty four west sixty seven poles to a large Beech & small dogwood corner to John Stansbury thence North twenty six east with Stansburys line one hundred and four poles to a red oak & maple in the line of Peter Lowderback thence with Lowderbacks line south sixty four east sixty seven poles to the Beginning containing forty three acres and a half To have and to hold said granted premises with all the privileges and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining to him the said William Reeves his heirs and assigns forever Promising hereby to warrant & defend the said granted premises against myself and all persons claiming by from or under me my heirs or assigns. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal this tenth day of June AD one thousand eight hundred and twenty nine.Signed Sealed & Delivered
