This Indenture made this 20th day of March in the year of our Lord 1830, Between Jane Worley Elizabeth Royse Margaret Reeves Rhoda Reeves & Elijah Reeves heirs of Elijah Reeves Decd & Milly Penland widow of William Penoland deceased of the County of Fleming & Commonwealth of Kentucky Witnesseth that the said Elijah Reeves Dcd did in his lifetime sell a certain tract or parcel of land situate in the said County of Fleming on the waters of Rock Lick containing one hundred acres Bounded as follows, to wit, Beginning at the ford of Rock lick at a Buckeye and hickory thence to Benjamin Reeves line to a black gum, thence to the Corner, thence with Tinsley's old line to Mosbey's line thence with Mosbey's line to a white oak & Beach thence with Ann Cull's line thence with Thos Ishmael's line to the Beginning being a part of Mosbey's claim of 30000 acres therefore we the said Jane Worley Elizabeth Royse Margarete Reeves Rhoda & Elijah Reeves heirs of the said Elijah Reeves Deceased did hereby alien confirm & forever quit claim of and to the above mentioned premises unto the said Milly Penland widow of the said William Penland and to her heirs namely Polly Penland James W Penland Artimesy Penland Lucy E Penland Elizabeth M Penland Sally A Penland Malindy G Penland Synthianna Penland heirs of said William Penland of the County of Fleming aforesaid Dcd, and to their heirs and assigns forever, together with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining To have and to hold the aforesaid land and premises with the apurtenances to the sd Milly Penland and the heirs of said William Penland Deceased above named to and for their own propper use benefit and behoof forever, and the said Jane Worley Elizabeth Royse Margaret Reeves Rhoda Reeves & Elijah Reeves do by these presents warrant and forever defend against the or claims of themselves their heirs and against all and singular any claim or claims by through or under them or on their behalf but against no other claim or claims whatsoever nor against no other adverse title whatever, the said Penlands taking the aforesaid Morbeys claim or title at their own risque, without recourse or damage against the said Jane Worley Elizabeth Royse Margaret Reeves Rhoda Reeves and Elijah Reeves, In witness whereof we hereunto set our hands and seals the day and date before written

Personally appeared before me Charles P. Hulton One of the acting Justices of the peace in and for the County aforesaid Jane Worley Elizabeth Royse & Margarett Reeves and severally acknowledges the signing of the aforesaid Deed as their voluntarily Act & Deed done for the purpose therein expressed as given under my hand and seal this 22nd March 1830.

The State of Ohio Scioto County } I John R Turner Clerk of the Court of Common pleas in and for said County do certify that the within named Charles P. Hulton Esqr before whom the foregoing deed of Conveyance appears to been acknowledged was at the time of taking said acknowledgement and now is one of the acting Justices of the peace in and for the County aforesaid duely commissioned and qualified as the law requires and as such due faith and credit are now and ought to be given to all his official acts as well in court of Justice as thereout.
In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my name and the seal of said Court to be hereto affixed, at Portsmouth this 22nd day of March 1830 & of saud State the 28th
